With a simple high school diploma or G.E.D., you can enroll at our accelerated business diploma and job certification courses that begin every five weeks and end in as short as seven months.
ACC provides career diplomas and industry certifications that allow entry into some of today’s fastest-growing career positions, including administrative assisting, computer repair, data entry, medical assisting and medical billing. As a career school, ACC focuses on actual workplace activities taught by experienced instructors to accelerate the entry of its graduates into the workforce.
The American Commercial College is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS), an accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. It is also a certified training provider for the Texas Workforce Commission, a local government unit in the State of Texas “mandated to “provide workforce development services to employers and job seekers of Texas.” Our campus in the State of Louisiana is likewise duly approved and licensed by the Louisiana Board of Regents.

Our programs are designed not just for fresh high school graduates seeking to acquire new skills for employment before going to college. They are also tailored for adult learners wishing to learn or enhance their knowledge and skills in Administrative Assistant, Business Accounting. Computer and Electronics Technician, Data Entry Tech, Healthcare Administrative Assistant, Medical Coding/Billing Technician, and Medical Transcription positions.
The American Commercial College has five campuses in Texas and another in Louisiana to serve the practical training needs of students. Each campus has air-conditioned classrooms to accommodate no more than 20 students for better teacher and students interactions during lectures and workshops using updated equipment, software, and other learning materials.
